  • How does FIX MY KARS ensure quality?

    We use the highest grade of paints & genuine spare parts only. Our certified technicians & world-class processes ensure no paint mismatches or defects like fading, drips, paint peel-offs etc. occur.

  • Where are the workshops located?

    FIX MY KARS located in east Bangalore to cater complete Bangalore. Our state of the art Workshop is located in 11th Cross, HORAMUV Main Road

  • What is the experience of team working on my car?

    Our team is headed by Mr. Nandakumar, an industry veteran followed by internationally exposed technical staffs. Cumulatively 50 years of industry experience and knowledge. We have also worked with authorized dealers like Honda, Toyota, Tata, GM, Nissan and Maruti, etc.

  • How do you ensure paint matching?

    We have our own paint library with shade cards of all OEMs and skilled and certified paint matcher executive to ensure that exact colour is matched. We guarantee paint matching.

  • How Much warranty I can expect?

    For Paint & body repair related work it is 1 year warranty. From the date of work completion, FIX MY KARS gives one-year paint warranty on the panels we work on. The warranty is against fading/ peeling/ bubble creation. However, this warranty does not hold for any physical damage, accident, use of poor quality material for cleaning or watermarks

    For Mechanical related work we provide warranty of 2-month / 2,000- KM (whichever comes first).

  • What is cost of panel / part replacement?

    The Panel / Part replacement charges include - 
    • MRP of the panel or part 
    • Charges towards painting & fitting of the panel / part. This is required for the paint matching.
    • We use only authentic parts for replacement. There are no hidden costs.

  • Is price inclusive of taxes?

    Yes for the services provided. Where ever additional part required the same will be communicated by our executive.

  • When do I get my car back? Or what is estimated delivery time?

    We understand that a car is an integral part of your life and we do our best to deliver the car back at the earliest.  But we never compromise on quality. And therefore, we don't commit any delivery date until we inspect the car thoroughly in the workshop.
    However, we have created our benchmark as per our previous experiences. 

    For instance -
    • Repairs or Replacement of 1 to 3 Panels will take around 3 Days.
    • Repairs or Replacement of 4 to 6 Panels will take around 4 Days
    • Repairs or Replacement of 7 to 8 Panels will take around 5 days to a week.
    • Full Body Paint will require a maximum of 10 Days.

    In case of Insurance claims there will be additional days as per your insurer.
    Please note that actual delivery date it is purely based on the condition of your car and the number of jobs that your car requires.

  • How do I know if the replaced part is genuine and new?

    We have tie-up with major vendors and dealers for getting the genuine part. We only use authentic parts for replacement. Also, we can provide you with any box, bill of the replaced part if you need it anytime.

  • Do you repair car electrical and internal damages?

    Yes. We do Repair of electrical related and other mechanical failures.

  • How do you ensure the availability of parts or panels?

    • We have partnerships with authentic brands of spare parts & panel. We source parts / panels from these partners.
    • But there might be instances when the parts or panels are not available upfront (especially the old car models). In those cases, we will inform about the availability and MRP of the part / panel in advance.

  • Is pick up & drop free?

    No, pick up & drop is offered with minimal amount of 300rs.
    Quick & easy. Our drivers are well trained to drive any car accordingly. Once the driver has picked up the car, its FIX MY KARS responsibility then onwards till we hand over the keys back to you after the work.
    Further, to ensure that you are giving the car to the right person.

    • He will be wearing FIX MY KARS t-shirt
    • He will be carrying his FIX MY KARS ID.
    • The driver will hand over the FIX MY KARS job card to you with the details of the car and work required on it.

  • Do you provide service at door step?

    No. But soon we will come up with the door step service.

  • Can I visit the workshop?

    Absolutely yes! We have designed exclusive customer lounge with free WIFI to make you comfortable. On your visit to our workshop, we have our friendly staff to assist you in looking for the services that best fit your needs.   • Can I claim insurance?

    Yes! As part of our aim to give you a hassle free transaction, we are affiliated with various insurance companies wherein you can avail insurance claims and leave the processing with us. We also do Insurance Renewal for your vehicle. We hope that you will get the chance to visit us and experience our quality services which will give you the best value for your money.

  • What are your work hours?

    We work 6 days a week 9 AM to 7 PM

  • I don’t know what’s wrong with my car. What can I do?

    You can book an appointment for our workshop to come to you and do diagnostics on your car. We will provide their inspection report and recommend services that your car needs.

  • Can I pay by cheque?

    We apologize, but we do not accept checks.
